    2. 'ALL DATES, EVENTS, PLACES AND GENEALOGICAL DATA THAT I PRESENT ON THIS LIST, ARE NOT WARRANTED TO BE ACCURATE OR AUTHENTIC AND SHOULD NOT BE USED, UNTIL PROVED BY YOU; ALWAYS IMPORTANT TO DOCUMENT, OFTENTIMES TAKES TWO OR THREE DIFFERENT DOC- MENTATIONS TO COME UP WITH CORRECT DATA" As many of you know census records are only as good as the data given, accuracy of census taker to write it down, and of course inter- pretation of the handwriting on the census itself. After securing info frm compilations, always best to then compare it yourself, to the orig census. (even if can't read it, if know what looking for, generally find) We strive awfully hard to present data to enable others to connect their families to the main Reavis/Revis family. As you know I work on all lines frm all over the United States, not any particular one; that is why is so important for more input. I will give you a couple examples frm my own family research that has caused problems> My father wrote wrong names of my mothers parents on marriage application; if didn't know name, would never have been able to locate her family. Census records for 1900 have my grt grandfather born in Canada, 1910 census, Michigan, marr rec Michigan. His birthdate on marr rec given as 1860, on death record as 1858. His father's POB given as Can and Scotland, on two dif census records. *Barb
