Your message 10/15/2000 14:32:17 In the transcription of the 1860 census that I have, which was obtained from the Old Buncombe County Genealogical Society, Margaret's last name was Edmunds; no last name given to Rebecca, who was 10 and there was a Daisy 7. When I first saw the 1880 census I thought maybe Rebecca and Daisy were the same, but now I don't know. Eliza 32, maybe widow of John P., William N. and Fanny Shepherd's son, but don't know. It seems like for every questions that gets answered, there appears to be two more. I will keep searching. Joan A. Revis
