Reavis 1884-1974 and Bertha Dunnington 1887-1930 and Marvin Reavis m/1914 Wa Ina Dunnington 1898-1929 These Reavis' are likely from the families that went to Washington state ca1898..from Johnson Co Missouri; David Barton Reavis, James Reavis, Hays and Marrs, and etc. Still have been unable to connect them. Ina and Bertha were cousins. Allen and Marvin could have been brothers or cousins. Any clues? *Barb

Sometime back, found a Lockey/Lockie on 1870 Franklin Co Tn census with Andrew William, indicating Elizabeth Cobb his first wife was deceased by that date. 1880 Moore Co census, found Lockey/Lockie in household of her stepfather W. Davis. Have just found that Lockey/Lockie and Elizabeth were sisters, d/o Jesse Cobb bca1795 Va d 1864 Franklin Co Tn, and Nancy Reese..who later married W. Davis. One more puzzle solved. *B

As I understand it David Franklin was born ca1892 in area of Robertson Co Tn; his mother was Mary Brown; thus the "Henry" you think may be his father, likely was born ca1850-1870. We had one in Tn but he was born 1811 in NC, so this would not be him. As I told you previously the Henry Revis frm NC to Illinois was born 1752, Rev War soldier and could NOT be your Henry. Relatively speaking there are few Henry's in the family, the ones I have are accounted for. Have looked, but need to try and find him on an 1880 census. *Barb
