    2. Hi My name is Brian Madigan and I am new to this list. My fifth great grand father was Daniel RAYNOR. He was a certified Revolutionary War veteran as the D.A.R. plaque on his grave proclaims. Here is what else I know about the RAYNOR line. Descendants of Daniel RAYNOR - 15 Jun 1999 - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- FIRST GENERATION 1. Daniel RAYNOR died on 28 Jan 1815. He was married to Elizabeth BALDWIN. Elizabeth BALDWIN was born on 17 Apr 1747. She died on 5 Aug 1827. Daniel RAYNOR and Elizabeth BALDWIN had the following children: +2 i. John RAYNOR. SECOND GENERATION 2. John RAYNOR was born on 16 May 1780. He died on 27 Sep 1858. He was married to Polly ADAMS (daughter of John ADAMS Jr. and Priscilla BEEBE) on 20 Dec 1801. Polly ADAMS was born on 27 Dec 1781. She died on 17 Sep 1860. John RAYNOR and Polly ADAMS had the following children: +3 i. William RAYNOR. THIRD GENERATION 3. William RAYNOR was born on 7 Dec 1813. He died in Oct 1886. He was married to Jane Clarissa TOBIAS. He served in the First brigade, Second division of the Fifth army corps. He was assigned to Co. 26, 2nd Battalion and transferred to C. C, 1st Battalion, 14th Regiment of U.S. Infantry. He was discharged at Burkesville, Virginia -- grade of Private. He resided at 254 Hudson Street between 1887 and 1924 in Syracuse (Onondaga) NY. He died on 5 Apr 1924 in Syracuse (Onondaga) NY. He died at his home of heart disease brought on by a prolonged attack of pneumonia. He was buried in Onondaga Valley Cemetery, Syracuse, NY. He was married to Emma Adeline WARNER (daughter of William WARNER and Emelia (or Amelia) FIX) on 16 Oct 1872 in Town of Onondaga (Onondaga) NY. They were married in the German St. Peter's Church.
