Dear Tom, Your suggestion is a good one for some situations. However, all queries will not fall within that format and I find that having a rule about how a subject line should be composed is intimidating to some, while others just don't want to have to bother with being sure they have everything in the correct order. However, anyone who wants to use your suggested format may certainly do so. I would suggest that if someone is changing the subject material (and the subject line no longer applies to the new material) that they definitely change the subject line. It is less confusing that way. Karima TomRaynor@aol.com wrote: > > Hi All! > > There is some GREAT information flowing here. Thanks to all.
