Hi all, I have just joined this list tonight and wanted to introduce myself. I have been activly researching my family tree now for over a year, and am pretty familuar with these lists. I am new however to the RAYNOR list because this is not in my own family tree. All of my children however are all Raynors. I would like to do my best to see if I can atleast start the genealogy for them. Any help would be most appreciative. I am comming to you with the dreadful, " I don't know much". I have lost contact with my Mother n Law who married a "John Donald Raynor" from Corning NY. So I have to go on what I remember, which isnt much. I am crossing my fingers that there might be someone out there with a large gedcom who has this family listed, however Im afraid they are not old enough to be on anyones gedcoms :( I have John Donald Raynor b? d Corning NY abt. the late 1960's? he married a Barbara Jane Burdick from Tioga Penn.(I think). Barbara would have been born in the 30's and I know that John was alot older than she was. I also know that he died from a piece of metal that was lodged in his brain from a bullet from a war, I dont know what war. but as time went on this piece of metal traveled to his brain and killed him. Ok there is my needle in the haystack. Any help would be wonderful. I don't even know what County this is in. Sherry
