Good day Raynors, Am totally new to this message board, so forgive any protocol that I may be unaware of. This is my first query. Read with keen interest Capt. Alanson Raynor's recollections of "Raynortown" included in Karma's last e-mail. He indicated his grandfather was Benjamin Raynor and his great-grandfather Thomas Raynor. My data, taken from Emma Machacek's work shows his mother Anna Bedell married to Benjamin Raynor and not Daniel as the Capt. says. Can anyone help? I am a descendent of Edward RAYNOR in the following line: Edward (1), Samuel (2), Josiah (3), Samuel (4), William (5), Henry W. (6), Margaret L. (7). Margaret L. married Leroy Dodds in 1878 in Perry Co. (Roseville), OH. One of ten children of this union was William Raynor Dodds (1879-1937). I am the son of his daughter, Lucy Elizabeth.
