We are still trying to verify that this James was a brother to my grandfather. He may have been married to a Dora Young, Bessie McCoy and and unknown McClanahan. He could have had children: John, Emily, Ida Lou, and Harold/William Ratliff. Most of our family descendants didn't know James Franklin Ratliff existed. He was b 1887 in Morgan Co., KY and maybe m the first two wifes in Morgan/Menifee Co., KY His parents would be John William Ratliff and Lou Ellen Back from Morgan Co., KY Thanks for any help.
