Hey Mike! I think we might be of the same Ratliff line. My Ratliff line is also in Lincoln co., GA and Wilkes co., Ga at the same time. I think( not sure yet will have to check my files ) your Samuel might be a brother to my William Ratliff of Lincoln co. Ga. Give me a few days to check.
