Still looking for the parents of Robert Ratliff of Lincoln co. Ga. The only lead I have is poss John Ratliff of York co., Va. This maybe but I just need some input from other Ratliff researchers. My Ratliff line is one I have had to dig and dig just for the most meager info. Any help would be appreciated even a good "educated guess" would help at this point.
