William left a will that named his children in 1826 at Wood County, (W)VA where he died. William's father was Daniel Stephen Radcliff b. c1714 in England, lived in Hampshire County (W)VA and d. 1784 in now Lewis County, WV. Thanks for giving me the chance to clear that up.
