I am working the FOOSE line from Jasper, Hamilton Co.,FL< Lee, Co.,GA. I'm wondering if you could give me a guess as to time frame on your Sarah FOOSE? My husbands g/grandmother was Eliza (FOOSE) MUSSELWHITE b.ca 1850 Hamilton Co.,FL. She, a sister Mary Jane, and a brother Moses FOOSE, all mar. MUSSELWHITES in Hamilton Co. ca. 1870's. Civil War Pension Records say Moses was born Lee Co.,GA but nothing on his/their parents. There were not many FOOSES in thar area so if we are in the same time period we are probable looking at a sister or cousin. I have some records forward but nothing befor 1842.
