Ratliff was born on April 30, 1883. He married Dora Ann on July 24, 1903 and died on March 17, 1942. Lilly Ratliff was born possibly in 1887, but that is all I know. Do you know who his parents were? That is what I have been searching for. I know that his 2nd wife was Mary Ida Weathersbee (Wethersby), and they had 5 children: Roy Ratliff Gladys Ratliff Ray Ratliff Lucile Ratliff (my great grandmother) Otis Ratliff I have some information on dates of their children, marriages, etc. Most of my info is on Lucile because she is my direct relation.
