May not be of use but: Giles Joshua RATLIFF, b. 1896 in Texas married a Lena OWEN Irene RATLIFF (still living) married 1st husband. Joe Owen(s) in Colorado pre WWII Would be interested in hearing more about the OWEN - RATLIFF marriages myself, especially with a Joe RATILFF involved and Arkansas too. kelly
