Louis B. Ratcliffe was born Patrick Co., Va. abt. 1816/20. I have no verification on his parents. His wife Mary (Polly) Ann Cameron was born abt. 1814 in Wythe Co., Virginia. Her parents were Dan Cameron and Jean Gullion. Children from this marriage were: 1. James A. S. Ratcliffe b. May ?, 1839 who Married Elizabeth (Mary) V. Duncan. James died Feb. 11, 1923 in Matoka, W.Va. Have death certificate; but does not give much info. 8 children from this marriage that I am aware of. 2. Martha E. Ratcliffe b. abt. 1841(no further info. on her.) 3. Daniel Hugh B. Ratcliffe b. Dec. 9, 1841 in Taz. C. Va. Married Mary Jane Blankenship Mar. 16, 1876 in Taz. Co., Va. He died Sep 28, 1928. William David G. Ratcliffe b. Nov. 8, 1853 married Missouri Katherine Burkett Oct. 21, 1875 Taz. Va. From this marriage 9 children; have picture of he and Missouri.
