I am looking for family and ancestors of Elijah Ratliff. He was suppose to have been born c 1795 in Lincoln (or Burke Co.) NC. He married Jane Tumlinson (b. 1799 in Burke Co., NC) somewhere in Arkansas c. 1821. They then moved to Texas shortly after that. I don't know when they moved to Arkansas. Their children were John Jackson Ratliff, William Riley Ratliff, Eliza Jane Ratliff, Richard F. Ratliff, & Elijah (Lige) Ratliff - all born in Texas. I seem to have hit a wall - I really would appreciate some help. I don't know if he had any brothers/sisters and need to find his parents name. [email protected]
