I doubt if this helps any, but I've got a George Ratcliffe born 1804 in SC. His children have a lot of the same names as your Elijah: Owen Riley,Aaron,Eliza,Elizabeth,Daniel, Edward, and Jane. I'm not sure where his parents were from.
