I'm searching for the parents of Samuel RATLIFF b.1-7-1869 who married Rhoda SMITH 9-20-1890 in Johnson Co. KY. They had 13 children, Elizabeth, Jim, George, Alice, Effie, Shirley, Johnnie Goldie, Theodore, Elmer, Gladys, Malta, Odas. They ended up in Lackey, Floyd Co.
