Billy Ratliff Staggs: Got your message regarding your Ratliffs. They may very well be related to ours, as Florence, Williamson County, Texas was full of our Ratliffs. Also had some in Bell and Milam Counties before they moved on west. Some in New Mexico etc. Your William is probably connected.
