John W. Ratliff was born 11-04-1881- possibly Kentucky. His first wife was Martha Carroll and they had three children. Martha died and John remarried to Rose Hale and they had 5 children. John W. Ratliff died in June of 1968 in IN. I have more information on the children but am trying to locate John's parents. Thanks, Connie
