At 12:35pm Pacific Standard time, on October 10th, 2002 at Welcome Home Group Home in Shoreline, King County, Washington (Seattle), Hallie "Irene" Ratliff, AKA, Mrs. George L. Lewis - or Boots as we family knew her, Died from Lymphoma, Cancer. Irene was the third daughter of Joseph RATLIFF and Elsie Gail ROGERS. She was born on Feb. 4, 1916 in Shattuck, Ellis County, Oklahoma. Her grand parents were: (paternal) Joseph RATLIFF and Francis HARRELL (maternal) Jacob ROGERS and Rachel BAKER. Irene had three sisters. Thelma (Susie), Mildred (Buck) and Frances (Billie). Thelma and Mildred preceded her in death but her sister Frances is still living in Washington state at the age of 89 years. Her niece, Kelly kelleen2@icehouse.net
