He was born in Pulteney, July 26, 1874 and was a lifelong resident of Pulteney and Prattsburg. He was a member of the Prattsburg Baptist Church. Surviving are two sons, Francis of Bath, and Judson of Geneva; a daughter, Mrs. Sidney Frarey of Branchport with who he has lived since the death of his wife in 1944; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the McConnell Funeral home at Prattsburg, Tuesday afternoon. Rev. Hiram Chapman officiating.
