I'm trying to verify a cousin married a Louie RANSON / RANSOM, and was in Cass Co. MN. This is all I know so far. It's undocumented though. Josie Wickenberg b. a1883, m. (1) Louie Ramsum, m. (2) Mr. Modine. About 1910 Josie married Louie Ramsum and decided to pioneer near Federal Dam, MN. They chose a beautiful place on Sugar Point on Leech Lake, about 6 miles South of Federal Dam. Louie came down with pneumonia and died about 1922. He is buried in an unmarked grave at the Federal Dam cemetery. Josie took her children and went back to Canada, where she later remarried. I think she married a Mr. Modine. Anyone ever hear if them? Thanks very much, Greg
