While looking at some civil war sites I noticed that a Sgt. Patterson Randolph served in Co. C of the 13th Tn. Cavalry Union Army during the Civil War. Does anyone happen to know who he was? It doesn't say where he is from but I figure that since it was organized in Tn. he must be from there. Jan Patton jpatton@ij.net
