"Josie" and Robert Allen lived in Hot Springs, Garland Co., AR around 1894 when my g-grandmother Irma Gion Allen was born. They later lived in Mena, Polk Co., AR. "Josie" said whe was a direct descendant of Edmund Jennings Randolph, but I have been unable to make any connection. It is more likely that she is indirect, but liked the connection. I have been unalbe to track down her family using the 1880 census. Any help would be greatly appreciated Howard
