Dear Mr. Wright, I received the "book" today and I must say that I am very disappointed. The first 15 pages of the "book" are not included, as well as pages 274 thru 325. Some pages are duplicated and so small I need a magnifying glass to read them. This isn't really a book, rather a bunch of copied pages. They were not even in numerical order. I just cannot believe that a reputable company could turn out such work. I do not believe that I, or the others on the Ramey list paid for this type of thing. I will be glad to return mine for a refund. I do not think that is too much to ask since this all started last March and finally in September I receive a batch of barely legible copies. I expect to hear from you in the next couple of days. I think we have waited long enough, I will have no choice to contact the Better Business Bureau and other Authorities. I have saved your correspondence to the list which states all your promises, none of which have been fullfilled.
