The LDS Church always gets permission to film records and make copies to send to its branch libraries. Example would be that the records for the State of South Carolina are resticted from being sent to branch libraries because they would only allow the church to make copies to be used in the main library. The State wants branch libraries to purchase copies from the Historical Societies that hold the copyrights on those records. The LDS Church *always* gets permission to copy. Anne
