All my copy says is Fort Wayne Indiana 1942....... I see nothing that says ANYTHING about a copyright.....but my book is a copy not one that was off the printing press...but I am sure that I have all of the pages.... Not a soul responded to my inquiry into who published the book, or the descendents of the good Dr. I still would like to see us make this project fly, and I will still write the HTML and provide disk space, but I just do not have the time to do it all.
