Wilma, Where'd you find the book? Rick Ramey sent me a great list that included my line, but I loved to know more about their lives...anecdotal history...My last Ramey is Jemima b. 1802, dau of Sanford Sr b. before 1782. Would love more info on them...Rick's info took us back to Jacob Remy b.ca1640 in France. Does your book say why they emigrated? Were they Huguenots? Does it say anything about migrations of this Jacob and the several Jacobs following (there are 5 Jacobs, then my Sanford!)?
