Truman Post #442, Abington, Iowa. The Post was chartered on 14 September 1887 and disbanded in 1890. The following were charter members and still members when the Post disbanded: Ramey, Ezra Co. B, 8th Iowa Cav. Reg. Born 26 May 1840, OH. Son of Jacob and Sarah (Longerbone) Ramey. Mar. to Sarah E. George. Died 1 Nov 1914, Abington Cem. Note: I have no further information.
