    3. Hi list, I will try again. Is anyone researching this line, or did my ancestors crawl out from rocks? My great grandfather (x5) was Benjamin Ramey. My line is sketchy. I can not get much help from my living relatives, and I have not found much either. My line goes from NC> TN> AL. Benjamin Ramey (b !780 NC) married Nancy Elizabeth_______ children: Margaret Phebe Ramey (d before 1852 is all I know) married William Pamplin Delina (or Delinda) Ramey ( " ) married Henry Pamplin Catharine Ramey ( " ) married Jesse Creacy Mary Ann Ramey (married Samuel Hall 04/13/1843) Nancy Ramey (married James M. Davis) Jane Ramey (married Constantine Hall) Cynthia Ramey (married Armstead Pamplin) Wesley Ramey (not known who married) Abraham Ramey (d before 1852) Milton Ramey - my gr grandfather x4 ( TN-minister married ____unknown). I only know of one child- my ggg grandfather : Travis Milton Ramey( b12/18/1832/ d 02/081908 Licoln Cty. TN ) married Mary Ann Elizabeth JEAN ( 02/14/1844-04/15/1916. They got married 06/12/1859. children: Marion Ramey, Travis Milton Ramey Jr., Elzina Ramey, and my great grandmother : Redema (Demie) Elizabeth Ramey (b 02/01/ 1862- 01/07/1926 ) married Samuel Milton GOOD ( 08/31/1860-08/31/1935) married 12/24/1890. I also have that Benjamin Ramey had a second spouse ( Elizabeth Parker b 1805 NC/ married in Lincoln Cty., Tn). Their children: Benjamin b <1839, Moody b< 1840, and William Driscol b< 1845).     3. Thank you! It gets pretty wearisome at times. I am very confused and my family only makes it worse by giving me either no information (my aunt literally told me," The only thing I know about my mother is that she got married and had me,") or conflicting information. I suspect some skeletons they don't want to discuss-long story... Teresa Panther-Yates
