That is the information in the Rhamy book, isn't it? I have been unable to verify the parents of Lewis Remy. There is no other Lewis in census or tax records even back into the 1770s. Owen Bateman and Samuel Lamb are listed in the marriage records but I cannot find Owen in census or tax records. Samuel Lamb lived in Luray in 1813.
