For those of you who do not know, there is a website with forms available from the Kentucky Department of Libraries and Archives. They have about 30 requests for some form of look-ups each day. Their microfilm copies are 50 cents each plus postage. I know of no other fees, however you can ask. It is located at: www.kdla.net
