    3. Lois: I have a copy of the first page of the book that I copied from the microfilm of the LDS, it shows: THE REMY FAMILY IN AMERICA 1650-1942 Compiled by BONNELLE WILLIAM RHAMY, M.D. It shows a paragraph in quotes "It seems good for families to know their past history, whether of adventure, achievement, traditions, or family tendencies, to know from what stock they come, and what past they have played in their country and world"s history.' Shows a Crest with the Remy name below it. Fort Wayne, Indiana 1942 Appears to be the same book but a different date of 1942. 2. Hi All, I certainly can understand that, I wouldn't just mail my book off anywhere either, I was kinda hoping that someone lived near me. The idea of sending me copies to scan is fine with me. If that is what everyone wants to do. However, I am also game for the person who said they would copy it at office max and then we pay her for the copies sounds good to me too. Leslie

    3. Hi Leslie, Last March, Bob Wright from Payson, Utah offered to make a CD of the "book". He was charging $25.00 for it. Myself, and numerous others fell for it. We never received the CD. He has offered numerous excuses. Then he finally said he would refund our money. Of course that hasn't come through either. Needless to say, he isn't very popular on the RAMEY list. I will check my old mail. If I kept anything about it, I will forward it to you. Those of us who have not connected to the main group of RAMEYs would really like to get a copy of the book. Especially those of us that live in small towns and don't have access to a large library. I live 140 miles round trip to Oklahoma City, so I do not get to go very often. So any help would be appreciated.
