I believe county seats may also be shown, but don't remember for sure. The software will also let you step through county boundary changes for a given state. They have a demo you can download free and try out - it is New York if remember correctly. I keep going back to look at their software, but so far I haven't ordered it. Ron Recer Edmond, OK
