In the 1870 & 1880 Pulaski Co., KY census, there is a family headed by Milford E. Rainwater consisting of the following: Milford E., Permelia Ellen, Josiah D. John L. George W., Mary E., Balzory M. In 1900, Williamson Co., TX there is an eriely similar family, headed by Milford E. Rainwater, but none of the names quite match: Milford E., Ceceila S., Barbara, Cecelia J., James, Sarah, Nannie, Claudia, Julia. Barbara is the right age to be Balzory M, and the name Permelia could easily be mistaken for Cecelia. The remainder of the children would have been born after 1880. All the members of the household were born in KY, except Julia, which means they moved to Texas between 1890 and 1896. So my question is - does anyone know if these are the same family? Susan
