Daniel was bn 10 Nov 1828-the son of Bartholomew and Nancy (McLaughlin) Rainwater.He was the 3rd child out of 12 children. Daniel M md Ann Whitaker 14 Dec 1848 in Pulaski Co.Ky.Ann was bn Mar 1829.
