There also have been others which were posted directly to the list. Basiclly, your contributed gedcom would be written to a CD by one of the list members who has volunteered his services. The disk would then be made available to anyone for the actual costs per disk/postage. BUT, do not start sending yet. The equipment has yet to be purchased and set up.
