Hi Paula, Mariah was married to Pinkney Lanford of Spartanburg,SC. He was a Baptist minister. He was the son of Lewis L Lanford and Mary Leatherwood. They moved to Fayette Co.,Ala just before their 4th child was bn. He was bn near Vernon,Fayette,Ala. Mariah died about 10 May 1859 when her last child was bn. She is probably buried near Vernon somewhere.I don't have anything on any of the others. I need to do some in depth research on these families when I get the chance.
