    2. Margie Goodwin
    3. I found a Rowland Raine who came to Virginia as a Head-Right from England about 1631 but I havent conected him to my Rowland yet. I think all the Rains were in Virginia before the territory was opened for migration. I saw your Dabney on GENFORUM. You should check the SITE out. Arent you relate to EUCLID RAINS who died recently? He lived up your way. He was completly blind and use to drive a car down country roads by hisself. Thats what the newspaper said. The site list Daneys father as Edmund Muscoe Rains. If you go to the Rains Message Board theres alot more info on Dabney Rains.  Dabney Rains b 1788 Va Posted by: Arnold Horton WilsonDate: February 21, 1999 at 05:17:43 of 777 Dabney Rains was born in VA (probably Amherst Co) in 1788.
