Yes most of the Robert's that I've talked abt. are the Randolph Co. variety. On the 1790 census William is there under Reines with 4 young children. And yes I do have his death date ,it is a matter of digging it out. He was a Quaker. And he is discussed in the books that I research. Who his father is , I have not a clue.
