Will Bk. 8 Page 367 North Carolina I Mary Rains of the County of Randolph and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainity of my earthly existance, do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say First I command my soul to God, who gave it, and my body to the grave.
