Heather, I emailed the Middlesboro Newspaper asking for information as to who is really responsible for the upkeep of the Hensley Cemetery and to please contact me as to the distruction in the cemetery, the dirt bike riders, the parties, etc that is going on there. As of yet, I have not had a reply from them, and somehow, I really don't expect one. I guess they don't want the story. If there is anyway possible, please help me inform all the Marsee Researchers and maybe we can get together and stop the distruction and posssibly find a way to force a fence, relocation of graves, and markers, and find a way to fund the maintenance. These are our ancestors, it hurts to know they are not shown the respect that they should have after laboring a long hard life. After all, they did not give any of us the graves free, the markers free, or the funeral free. We did pay for all of it, and I really feel that someone is responsible for keeping some type of contract to the living. Please let me hear from you. I am really concerned. dee
