In the name of God, I, John Ranes, of the County of Fairfax and Parish of Cameron, and being very sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory Thanks to God for it Do Normaly apint this my Last Will of Testament in the manner of form_____? first I give my sole to God that give it to me and my body to be decently bured at the decreshon of my Exctor hairfores mentioned as they shall think fit. Item: My will and desire is that my tract of land in Fairfax County be Equley divided between my two sons Anthony Raines and John Raines. Item: I give to my son Anthony Raines a young black mair about two years old. Item: I give to my son John Raines a young heifer about two years old. Item: My will and desire is that John Paramham take my two sons Anthony Ranes and John Ranes and give schooling to them and bind them to a good trade as he shall think fitt. my will and desire is that my two sons Anthony Ranes and John Raines stay at the ______? till they are twenty years of age and that said John Paramham is to give Anthony Ranes a mair bridle and sadol at the age of twenty years and also give John Ranes a Cow and calf at the same age. Item: I leave my beloved wife Kizia Ranes and Henry Settle my Exectors of my Last Will and Testament. Item: My will and desire is that my personal estate be equely divided between my beloved wife Keziah Ranes and my two sons she bore by me Newman Ranes and Baley Ranes and the child she goes with now and if either of them should die without eshue that these be equely divided between his youngest children he had by his last wife Kezia Ranes.
