Maryellen, Daniel Riggins of 1 Dec 1727 Bertie is possibly Daniel Sr living near his brother Joseph, instead of Daniel Jr. Daniel Sr died sometime after 27 Nov 1727 & bef 1728 (administrative account date). He could have still been alive in 1 Dec 1727. If Daniel Jr was b. 1710/12 he would have only been 15/17 yrs of age, not of legal age to own land. Daniel is the s/o Daniel Regan (Sr) whose will written 27 Nov 1727 BERTIE NC In his will he lists he gives to his son DANIEL "my plantation..."
