Unfortunately Brian O'Regan passed away shortly after he had given me the article which he had written after doing much research in Ireland. Brian was a Canadian residing in Ottawa, Ontario. For a short time after his death, his son maintained his website but I am not sure if it is still active. You may try to google his name.
