Our tradition is that there was a Darby in Tennessee who was the father of my gr.gr.gr. grandfather, Daniel Reagan. In the book listing early Tennesse marriages, Daniel Reagan was married to Elizabeth Scruggs (daughter of William) on July 18, 1803.
