M'ellen Deed transaction would certainly help to identify the Wm Powell "R mentioned in the 1744 Will of Wm. When and where he obtained land in Stafford and when and where he sold land when he moves to NC (if he is the Wm Powell b. 1722 who went on to NC) OK I remember the Wm of Surry NC.
