Nathan, Was William born in Humphreys Co.? My ggg-grandfather< Nathan Ragan, and some of his children moved to Humphreys/Dickson Co., TN., from Person Co., NC. ca 1803-1805. Nathan first settle on the Little Richard Creek area but later moved east to the Yellow Creek area of Dickson Co. because of Indian problems. A probable son, Lewis, later returned to that area and reared a family. Lewis later moved to Obion Co., TN. where he died in 1850. James H. Ragon
