He had a brother William Ragan for sure and it looks like a brother Brice as well which I don't think you have. I tried out the new www.familysearch.org on Philip but nothing new. When I tried William I got the following interesting data. The location Sumpter County GA is right, the times are right and most interesting, two of the children Billington GreenberryGranberry and John Jarred Ragan have the "same" names as two of Philips boys and the birthdates are within about a year in one case and 5 years in the other. While not proof, this leads me to suspect that this William might have been Philip's brother. I don't know if you have this data so here it is.
